We accept Legal Aid Certificates and also will work with you on a sliding scale and with payment plans to meet your needs.

Chugh Law was founded in 2014 by Neha Chugh, the principal lawyer and director. The lawyers at Chugh Law are focused on local approaches to big issues, such as: arrest, detention, custody and access, bail, sentencing, jury trials, child protection, child support. We are committed to upholding the Charter of Rights and Freedoms and helping to advocate those rights for you. Our expansive knowledge of the law and procedure helps us to find the best fit for you.
